Cooking With The Kids: Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie (Oh My!)

Summer Camp at Home- Cooking with the Kids

Mmmm…  Nestle’s chocolate chip cookie pie. Two great things put together, chocolate chip cookies….  and pie. Of course, we had to modify it just a little bit….  my hubby prefers a graham cracker crust over a traditional pie crust- so we went with that.

We mixed up the batter, omitting the nuts…  because no one in our family likes them in their dessert.

It might have been a bit undercooked in the middle… but that did not stop us from devouring the entire pie after one meal! I don’t mind making another one…  practice makes perfect!

Soo good! I am trying to catch up on my blog reading and pulled this up tonight. Made it to have for dessert after supper. I loved it, boyfriend loved it and the kids really loved it! Thanks for sharing!
