Something to Make:

Skip To My Lou is featuring a Craft Camp right now…  30 Days, 30 Bloggers, 30 Crafts- which is 30 days of fun crafts to keep kids active and entertained this summer!  Erin from House on Hill Road featured homemade soap this week….  and I added this to my summer calendar to make with my kids.  I think that they will love it!

Homemade tortillas are the best! I grew up with them but have yet to try them with my kids so perhaps I will join you this summer and we can compare notes. I’d also like to try corn tortillas using a tortilla press. My neighbor has a mini press that I’m dying to borrow. My kids love to make guacamole which would make a yummy snack with these tortillas, but I might as well make some beans, Spanish rice, and salsa while I’m at it. Yum!
