Nothing says summertimes like a cool slice of drippy, juicy, watermelon, right? My kids love it and devour it this time of year! So I thought it would be fun to do a round-up of recipes that celebrate this summertime delight…

Watermelon Fudge!

I just love fudge- when we are sightseeing in a small town while on vacation, I always have one eye on the lookout for a fudge shop (which is usually handily located right next to an ice cream shop- win-win!) And while I do not think I would want my fudge to taste like watermelon… I think it is so cute when it looks like watermelon! Thanks to Something Swanky for sharing her watermelon fudge recipe!

Watermelon Pie

This is such a cute idea from Make And Takes! It is simply layers of sherbet lined in a springform pan that are designed to make it look like a watermelon when sliced. My kids would love this watermelon pie!

Frozen Strawberry Watermelon Lemonade
